Based on my tasting experience, this wine needs to be matured for a long time, and the brewing method of raw wine greatly increases its aging potential. It is estimated that it will be more suitable for drinking after at least 2-3 years.
Just opened the bottle, there is a little floral aroma, but it only tastes like water when it is drunk. After about 3-4 hours of breathing in the bottle, other sake flavors begin to appear: floral fruity aroma and a small amount of rice-flavored cheese, very layered. At 5 -It will start to weaken after 6 hours, and the fruity aroma is more prominent in the rest of the time, and other flavors have almost dissipated.
